Extrodinary Wines From Pritchard Hill

FRI JAN 27TH 4-7PM

The Chappellets' romance with Pritchard Hill started when Donn and Molly Chappellet first glimpsed its spectacular vistas. The Chappellet family has been crafting world class wines from their Pritchard Hill estate vineyards since 1967. The Chappellets were the first to plant vineyards exclusively on high elevation hillsides and the second winery to be established in the Napa Valley after Prohibition. The foundation of Chappellet winemaking program is focused on creating extraordinary age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses the unique characteristics of the fruit from Pritchard Hill.

"The origins of wine-making in Greece go back 6,500 years and evidence suggesting wine production confirm that Greece is home to the second oldest known grape wine remnants discovered in the world and the world's earliest evidence of crushed grapes. The spread of Greek civilization and their worship of Dionysus, the god of wine, spread Dionysian cults throughout the Mediterranean areas during the period of 1600 BC to the year 1. Hippocrates used wine for medicinal purposes and readily prescribed it."

We have selected an excellent cross section of these wines to entertain you with. Don't miss the Santorini Domaine Siglas which made Wine Spectators Top 100 this year. It is an excellent wine!
